I've tried to put together the most important horse colors for reference and inspiration. There wasn't room for every single pattern or shade, e. g. I left out blue roan, red dun or sabino, but I hope you get a good idea of how many variations there are in horses' coat colors.
The illustrations were done with a stock photo courtesy of GloomWriter. Due to abuse, GloomWriter has decided to remove the stock, which makes me sad. It was fun working with the exceptionally pretty Arabian Elfin

I particularly like the Varnish Roan, it turned out fine. The Perlino and Cremello worked out well, too. It's hard to see, but they do have blue eyes
